Founded in 2005 by Mr. Steve Cline, RN, TexMed Staffing provides medical staffing solutions to hospitals and surgery centers in the greater Houston region.
Mr. Cline formed the Company in order to improve the medical staffing labor pool available to healthcare providers. Steve is a registered nurse (RN) with operating room experience, In addition to medical sales.
Through this experience he has developed many key relationships with healthcare providers throughout Texas. Steve is very familiar with the day-to-day needs of healthcare facilities, which provides the company an insider’s view of the medical industry.
TexMed Staffing supplies healthcare providers with highly trained and experienced nurses and radiology staff. Mr. Cline’s experience has provided TexMed Staffing with insight into the service gaps within the medical staffing industry. By providing clients with specialized and highly trained nurses, TexMed Staffing distinguishes itself from its competitors.

Utilizing many years of experience as an RN and sales, Steve has developed TexMed Staffing to close the gaps within the medical staffing industry. Steve Cline, President/CEO – Mr. Cline received his Diploma in Nursing from Georgian College Barrie, which is located in Ontario, Canada. Prior to starting TexMed Staffing, Mr. Cline worked at Smith & Nephew. In this position, Mr. Cline was responsible for the sales of Smith & Nephew’s products in the Southwest Houston region. He also has four years experience performing similar duties as a sales representative for Arthrex. Mr. Cline has created long-lasting relationships with key downstream decision makers due to his sales experience. Mr. Cline also has 17 years’ experience as an RN. Mr. Cline’s management experience includes three years of middle management, over seeing the daily operations of a 27-room operating room and two years experience of upper management as a Director of Peri-Operative Services with the Memorial Hermann Health Care System.
Julie Rando, Division Liaison – Ms. Rando joined the TexMed Staffing team in August 2006. As Division Liaison, Ms. Rando oversees and directs the efforts of the Houston office. Ms. Rando is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. Ms. Rando is also responsible for payroll, A/P and A/R. During her 25-year career Ms. Rando has managed three offices. Two offices were in the commercial real estate field and one in the nurse staffing industry. Her expertise includes payroll, A/P, A/R, hiring and firing of personnel, and overseeing a staff of 15. Prior to joining TexMed Staffing, Ms. Rando was the office manager of National Property Valuation (NPV) and Trahan & Partners. At National Property Valuation, she managed a staff of seven and was responsible for all operations of the company. Before joining National Property Valuation, her early career was with Trahan & Partners, where she helped to grow the firm from five appraisers to a nationally recognized organization with multiple offices and more than 25 employees.
Delia Cisneros, Scheduling Coordinator – Ms. Cisneros joined the TexMed Staffing team in January 2007. Ms. Cisneros has over 12 years of experience as a Scheduling Coordinator. Ms. Cisneros is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all of facilities and staff.

24/7 Support for Nurses - TexMed Staffing office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m – Monday through Friday
A TexMed representative is available on-call after hours and on weekends to assist you with any needs.
Malpractice Insurance - TexMed Staffing carries malpractice, liability, and worker’s compensation insurance on all our staff and employees.
Direct Deposit - You can choose to have your pay direct deposited into your checking and/or savings account for your convenience.
Flexible Schedules - TexMed Staffing gives you total control over your work schedule. You choose which days and how many hours you want to work.
TexMed Staffing uses TSS Scheduling software to give you 24/7 access to your work schedule.
Weekly Paychecks - TexMed Staffing pays all its employees on a weekly basis. Our work week runs Monday though Sunday and pay day is every Friday.
Long-Term Contracts Available - If you are looking for a more consistent work schedule consider taking a long-term contract with one of our facilities. These contracts can last one month, 13 weeks or years. Talk to our Staffing Coordinator for more details.
Per Diem Shifts - If you are looking for something more flexible per diem shifts are available throughout our contracted facilities.
